Kate Mardon is a radio presenter and content creator and produces her own podcast ‘Student Radio Stories’.
Kate is a Media and Communication graduate from the University of Winchester although all her radio and digital experiences mostly come from her extracurricular activities. Whilst at University Kate joined her student radio society ‘Sound Radio’ igniting her interest in audio and gained lots of valuable experience volunteering with Winchester Hub as a Communications Officer.
Kate’s creativity was recognised in 2021 as she was awarded ‘Creative Volunteering Champion’, at the Winchester Volunteering and Community Champions awards acknowledging her volunteering with Winchester Hub as a Communications Officer
